Pat Sullivan joined Ferrari Consultancy in 2009 after spending two years at McKinsey & Company
in its Corporate Performance Center, which specializes in corporate finance and
strategy. There he took the lead in financial analysis for M&A transactions,
spin-off assessments, strategic business plans, and restructuring proposals.
Pat graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s
degree in business administration and a concentration in finance.
